Thank you for your interest in our online Auction! Artists Alliance Inc (AAI) is a not-for-profit arts organization dedicated to providing opportunities for visual artists. All proceeds from this benefit-auction will support the programming of AAI. By placing a bid in this auction, the bidder agrees to abide by the following conditions of Sale:
2) Bids may be submitted by filling out the biding form and either faxing it to 212-254-9619 or sending the form via e-mail. 3) Should 2 or more similar bids be received for the same piece of work, the first bid received will be considered the winner. (Make certain to list the day and time you are sending your bid) 4) All items presented for auction are guaranteed to be original works of art by the artist indicated. 5) AAI reserves the right to refuse any bids, or otherwise to withdraw a work of art from the auction. 6) There are no returns or refunds accepted.
2) Payment of amount due within 48 hours of being notified that you have won the bidding. 3) Preferred method of payment is via Mastercard or Visa. Payments can also be made via check, money order, or online through AAI's online donation site, Network for Good. Please note that all payments must be confirmed prior to pick up of work. Buyer is responsible to pay fees, if applicable, associated with any payment type. 4) The currency of the auction is in US Dollars. Note to residents of New York State: New York State Sales tax (8.375%) will be added to all purchases made by New York State residents. 5) All artwork must be picked up in person at Cuchifritos gallery/project space located at 120 Essex Street on the Lower East Side. If you are unable to pick up the work in person, and work is to be shipped, the cost of postage/shipping and packing will be added to the invoice total.
