Suzanne Varni is a visual artist and has served as the Project Director for Artists Alliance Inc.’s Rotating Studio Program since its inception in 2003. Ms. Varni has been pivotal in developing and organizing facets of the Rotating Studio Program and continues to be instrumental in its growth and development.

Ms. Varni has extensive administrative experience in program operations, previously working with the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA), assisting in its Artist Fellowship Program, BUILD Program and the ASC Implementation Grant Program for the Education Department. Previous to her work with NYFA, Ms. Varni worked with the Chamber Music Society of America, was production assistant to Jeff Koons in New York and worked with the Holly Solomon Gallery, the Franklin Furnace Archives and Stux Gallery.

In addition to working with AAI on the Rotating Studio Program, Ms. Varni works as a painter and fine-arts photographer, with publications including, Watchtime, Iowa University Press, Villiage Voice, and William Morrow Press.
Ms. Varni received her BFA from Pratt Institute.
